Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses are outside our delivery area. For a PO box, please contact support before ordering to check whether delivery can be arranged.
Shipping cost
All orders within our confirmed delivery area receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method. No expedited service is offered.
Processing your order
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The order cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. On a business day, an order placed before the cutoff uses that day as its processing starting point. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on excluded holidays start processing on the next business day.
Transit and estimated total time
After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days, counted from the applicable processing starting point. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier conditions and delivery circumstances can affect timing.
